The nursing staff up in ICU, & IMC, are awesome. Especially the patient care advocates. When we had problems getting a prescription filled, the whole staff worked to no avail, until David U. Was able to make a 2 day fight,. An hour process. Thanks to him, we were able to get the prescription, and he even met me so We could have it!! I have never,. Seen thus much compassion and care for the patient. Thank you all so much for the over outstanding care!!

Overall, not a place I would recommend or go to again if I have a choice. Twice now I have gotten MRSA from this facility and every single time I have had surgery there, the billing department begins harassing me over charges that were either double billed, services never received or coding errors that they refuse to correct. They have been sued successfully numerous times for double billing and violations of the Medicare act. Demand that your insurance company send you to some other facility!

Wow, does anybody in the ER know how to be kind or show Christ's compassion. It does not take any additional time to be kind. I pray they find a way to care in the way that the profession was created to care! At least attention to the pain..... the urine sample is still sitting at our side for the past hour... accurate results... I think not!

There was a time that their service's were way below standards , but Now they have improved soooo much ! Very attentive and polite . They actually care for you instead of treating as a thing on an assembly line . Very satisfied with them keep up the Great work

I was recently seen here, the nurse was an absolutely sweetheart and made me feel comfortable right away (wish I got her name she's the reason I will rate this place a three and not a 1) reason being doctor Tatum seemed to unconcerned with my "problem", as well as un compassionate and very assertive. Whether his personality or not he made me feel very uncomfortable as soon as he came in. You should never treat a patient like there unimportant regardless to whether you think it's a dire emergency or not, definitely how I felt.
