    This company is terrible! The young ladies who answer the phone tell you they will take care of whatever it is you need but then they don't ever do it. After calling the same person several times and after the lies start adding up, they now refuse to come to the phone. That gives someone else a chance to see how far they can string you along. The last one I talked to said they cannot open faxes and that my doctor had to fax it to the national distribution center. I called that center and they said that you have to order through the local branch. OK. Can't order through San Antonio office and cannot order through the national people. Hmmm. Guess I will just find someone else to do business with. Two and a half weeks and no equipment in sight. Really sad!

    I don't usually believe things I read on the Internet but believe me when you see a 1 star rating for this place, people are telling you the truth. It's the worst provider I have ever used. They don't have a clue what customer service is. If you can use any other provider, my suggestion is, run, don't walk.

    This company is the absolute worst we have ever dealt with. Right from when the Dr.'s office contacted Lincare and they denied ever being contacted by my Dr. office and I was standing right there when they did contact them, Lincare lies and very pore service. It took after the Dr. called the order in for a pap machine almost 4 weeks to get in touch after I had called 2 to 3 times a week trying to get someone to respond to me as to when it would be delivered. My husband was not getting enough air the tech told him he would have to go back to the Dr and get a new order to turn it up. Now that we have an appointment TODAY they call out of the blue and say the are coming to get the machine, because they can tell he isn't using it. Well no ..... not when you can get any air out of DAHHHHH. Lincare You SUCK and need to close your doors..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT AT ALL!!!

    They told me my Mom's walker would be ready in 2 weeks and they would call me now a month and a half later they never called I called them and they told me sorry we can't help you out at all. Then they start lying to me over and over and over again. They are unprofessional and seem to not care about helping people. I am going to contact the owner and tell everyone I know how bad they treat people. This is not right!!
