About Care Advantage, Inc.
Care Advantage offers skilled and caring people committed to providing excellence in professional health care and personal care services in the privacy of your own home or care facility whenever, wherever and whatever the need may be. Whether the need is for skilled nursing and medical care services delivered in your home or personal/companion care for a senior or someone in rehabilitation, you'll get a trained care provider who is genuinely interested in your loved one and has the compassion to deliver the kind of care you desire.
Care Advantage was born out of a need to help people once discharged home from the Hospital. Deborah Johnston, RN started the company after seeing patients being discharged home quicker and sicker. This prompted her curiosity about what was happening to these patients once they were sent home. It was this curiosity that led her into her career of home care and the start of Care Advantage. This has naturally evolved from helping patients leave the hospital to holding their hand and making their last few hours the best possible.

My mother and I are very pleased with the care provided to my father by a Care Advantage staff member. She is kind, she comes as scheduled, and she ensures that my father is well-bathed and attended to. We have also found that the staff is very responsive to any concern, listening carefully and making adjustments to the care plan as needed. It is such a relief to know that my father is in good hands, thank you Care Advantage! -Lisa AllisonJones

I have a family member that depends on Care Advantage for her care. Sad to say, it has been a less than ideal situation. My family member is totally dependent, unable to care for herself in any way, shape or form. IF the caregiver shows up at all, the caregiver may only stay for a few minutes, running in and then out the door. OR the caregiver is glued to her phone. My family member is supposed to have care for 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. RARELY HAPPENS. There have been some very good conscientious caregivers, but that trend has not been consistent.

Do not seek help from these health non-professionals! They are very rude; my mother whom is dying from cancer was discharged, because she was not letting the nurses physically care for her. I honestly think that is a very cheap way of dropping someone in the time of need, You call your selves Physicians I just hope that karma plays 10 times fold on you. How dare you disrespect a dying women by letting her go
