*Using a friend's account to protect my identity here.* This review is regarding Health Horizons located on Southern Blvd. in Virginia Beach. I would never use this company, for the sole fact that they are a scam. They are evidently running yet another illegitimate PCA training course in the area. I was asked to bring in identifcation cards and $50 CASH, which the woman with a tattooed breast at the front desk took in the back.I then spoke with someone who was the manager, supposedly while the front desk had my cards. This woman wore no name tag, had lounge wear on and piles and piles of loose paper around her desk. I was introduced to the instructor, which should have been a registered nurse. However, she wasn't the best actress as she led me to a makeshift classroom with some thrift store desks and chalkboard. She didn't know the difference between a CNA and a PCA! What? She also wore no name tag and only gave her first name( can't search Department of Nursing for this character). My paperwork was somehow misplaced and supposedly there is no record of me coming in and paying the $50 and providing my cards. Would I recommend them for anything? Never.
