Front desk was semi nice but could tell she's overworked and sick of ppl. Nurse was extremely nice and helpful but again overworked. Doctor was abrupt and trying to get me through the conveyor belt asap. I understand that it's a urgent care but they need to understand were ppl who need time and attention for the pain were in. Not saying pain killers, cause that's what they all think we're after now, just a little empathy for our pain. Felt like I was on an assembly line the whole time. My suggestion wait and see your primary Dr or if you can get in to see your primary quickly. This place was not worth any of it.

0 stars. Terrible. If you have a splitting headache don't waste your time. I was told "we don't prescribe pain medication except maybe for a broken bone or something like that." Obviously that person doesn't realize headache pain can be a lot worse than a broken bone. I don't appreciate the callousness and lack of empathy for my pain, and I don't appreciate being treated like a drug addict when I want my pain treated. Also, 6 months ago a visiting Dr or NP gave me a trigger point injection that made my headache magically disappear on the spot. No one would do it this time.

Shorter wait times than other urgent cares i have been to in the (seattle-tacoma) area. Staff was great and attended my family very well.
