    This company is running a scam. I paid for my moms medical device after she was released from the hospital. They charges my credit card 6 times what they said they were going to charge and hung up on me every time I called to have the charges reversed. They charged my card multiple times over a 1 month period and kept trying to tell me that insurance declined the services even though they didn't. I have to now decline the charges at my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER work with this company again.

    Horrible customer service. Delivery times consistently missed, rescheduled without letting me know, to include wanting to make a delivery at 11pm . The phone number for the service locations all bounce back to the main number and no one answers for 30 to 60 minutes and then they just offer to reschedule the appt.

    I have called twice in one day at different times. The automated message asks me if I am a patient of a particular health provider, when i click to tell them which one, they answer, "Your call cannot be answered at this time." There is also no simple email address with which to contact them. user unfriendly website.

    The fact that this company is still in business is the biggest indictment of the healthcare system that I can think of. They have been my "provider" of CPAP equipment for many years---only because they have my sleep study and my MD tells me I'd need a new sleep study to change. They have NEVER and that is not an exaggeration done anything right the first time. I am about to go into collections due to a five month old bill. My insurance provider tells me Apria didn't use the correct code. I've written on statements to no avail. And when I call their number for billing inquiries etc. the wait time...wait for it...is 83 minutes. I am doing very well with my current CPAP machine and its settings but will get a new sleep study just to get away from Apria. To hell with whatever it costs, it will be worth twice the price. This system will not allow a zero star rating but that's actually too good for them.

    Aprea dropped the equipment off after much confusion. I called for them to pick up the equipment. Next thing I know there is a truck in my drive way, no phone call telling me they are coming and then the truck leaves. No one came to my door, no one called. The equipment is still in my entry way. I called customer service and they would not schedule a time for pick up. I asked the lady several times to schedule a time for pick up and the lady kept saying we can't do that. Instead they show up and leave without coming to my door. What type of retarded company is this. Where has customer service gone?
