To all others who have had bad experiences please report it to Health Dept, American Medical Association and BBB Spokane! Called to nebulizer tubing and supplies sent to me, verified address (was told I could only get it every 6 months) and its been a month! Called in and as soon as they find out I m on state insurance your discriminated against for being poor! Horrible customer service horrible treatment by this place. If you are not on expensive private insurance do not bother to try to use this place. Discrimination is alive and well here!

They try hard to satisfy, Friendly helpful service. I had to exchange wheel chair twice because just didn't feel comfortable. (new @ this) am grateful for their patience.

These guys have horrible customer service. We are stuck with them cause no one else will take our insurance. We got a prescription for a nebulizer a while back, and they said it would be about 1-2 weeks to get it. Well after about 3 weeks we still didn't have it so I decided to call them. First of all I was connected to a service center in Arizona I think, and they didn't have a clue what our situation was. Then they said they either never got the prescription or it got lost somewhere! WTF?! I was not happy. So another 2 weeks go by and we finally got it. It seems like calling them is a waste of time. The only way I can get any service even remotely good out of them, is if I go to their office in person. I would definitely avoid Apria if I you can help it.

This place is a joke. I went into the office to get supplies for my cpap. I was told I needed a prescription from my dr. I live in Montana and was in Spokane for the day. So I go to my dr and she faxes in a prescription on October 14. I call 2 weeks ago to see where my supplies are. I was told they had received the order but it hadn't been mailed yet. So I call today because still no order and now I'm told they never received the order! What a bunch if bs. I just called my dr and she said she can order it locally. I will never deal with Apria again.

This is the worst company for health care ever. 1 star is about 10 too much. We are stuck with them because they are the ones our insurance company contracts with. My wife has to rent a wheelchair, oxygen concentrater, and a bipap machine. The wheelchair is too tall for her and the seat depth too deep. Because of it she gets sores on her thighs. They said they can't replace the chair. They have nothing they can replace it with that is suitable. They don't care. Customer service is abysmal. When the bipap machine was delivered. I was given a number for resupply. It was a fax machine. I called the customer service number and got transferred 6 times. This was a week ago and still have not received the water bags for her humidifier unit for the bipap. She has only 1 left and they only last about 2 days, and it is Thursday night. The respiratory therapist is supposed to come tomorrow. Hopefully they bring them. If you can help it. don't do business with them.
