I was visiting my Dad from out of town. I rented a mobility scooter for a week. Pretty paid for the rental They delivered it just fine and it worked out great. However their billing system has issues because I paid 250.00 and then after the fact they send another bill for over 400.00 I have noticed other billing issues by others as well. I am not paying any more money. I have my back records showing I paid what was agreed upon. The people who handle the billing either need to be retrained and the department updated or they need to be replaced. Either they are in the business of robbing people or they are very incompetent.

I was concerned about going here after I read the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Waiting to sign in was similar to any other clinic. John, who helped me get set up with the CPAP machine was friendly and helpful.

This company is TERRIBLE at billing and account maintenance. I work in the healthcare billing industry, so I know how to read the jargon. They regularly omit payments that I have made and I usually end up needing to show them how the charges, adjustments, and patient liability should be calculated. I don't know whether it is out ignorance (lack of training) or intentional (scam/fraud). Either way you should double or triple check your statements because they are likely wrong.

A horrible place. Only open when you are at work, so you have to take time off to go there. They don't put their phone number on their website, so you can't call them. And their prices are 3 -4 times what you would pay on the web. They make it so your 20% deductible is slightly less than the web price, then rip-off your insurance for the rest. A prime example why US medical costs are so high, and why we need a single payer system.

Doctor put in a perscription change for my CPAP 2 weeks ago still haven't heard anything back from them, no response to e-mails. They obviously don't care by the amount of negative reviews here, my guess is because there are a monopoly, you have to use who your Ins. company tells you to.
