I have been dismissed from this health care facility for missing a few appointments. When I called and said that I was very ill at the time and suffered from crohn's and depression, they denied my chance of appealling dissmissle. It was after talking to Chris Sweden that I was swept under the carpet. He asked me a ton of questions as if I had commited a crime. I have been going to this doctor for many years now and she, (Dr. Bamrollia) has all my records. It took me years to find a doctor I finally liked, and now I have to start all over again. This is discrimination pure and simple. I am on disability and so only have medicare. So I was not deemed worthy of a second chance. I told Chris all of this and the only reason he denied my appeal was simply because I wasn't the kind of patient they care about because I don't fit their model of someone with the right kind of insurance, and suffer from depression. I warn everyone, don't get too cozy with this facility, because anytime they want, they can throw you out like trash. There is no other reason I was not given a second chance except for the fact that I did not fit the mold of a rich patient with excellent insurance.
