Kidnapped my husband. refuses his rights to leave Hilltop center nursing home who kidnapped him previously along with a highly abuse violent staff. liars. deny my rights to see my husband. deny our rights to speak. ignore the abuse. taking orders from DHHR Mercer county Rebecca Jennings who made up some of the lies. Allowing a patient to be severely abused, keeping him hostage knowing about the abuse. Did not investigate, ignoring abuse as his records prove. Denying patients rights. I have to give 1 star to post. They should be shut down. DHHR workers get paid to kidnap people, nursing home or disabled patients as well as children. The state allows nursing homes to charge foe everything the patient isn't even getting, allowing DHHR to take more of patients income, thus giving the state more money. DHHR workers do NOT have a medical background and therefore should not be making medical decisions of the strangers they kidnap.

Poor attitudes, very rude people to deal with. More so, verified, when you have to call the main office in Charleston and they even tell you that they get a lot of complaints about the Fayette County office.
