people that are physically and mentally disabled here get no help and are criticized and can loose their housing if they don't know or how to or if their to sick they make remarks to other people that show there hateful discriminating attitudes i have seen absolutely no compassion here. on 17 nov.. 2016 i mailed a request to get info. required for another gov. agency and as of dec. 2 2016 it has never arrived and because of their inability to do their job i might loose the help i need if that happens i will file a written complaint against in casper they have put my life in jeopardy twice now i did everything that was asked of me and they messed it up today is dec. 2 2016 merry freaking no Christmas for me

They'll charge tenants for things that break and general maintenance, take your deposit, and utterly refuse to compromise or work with people who are struggling in full-price, unsubsidized units. Avoid this landlord like the plague. Even the other group housing owners, like Pro Management and Preferred Management are better and more willing to work with you than these guys.

When I first started working with Cheyenne Housing Authority, they were helpful and informational but not at all personable. I have had housing with them for over a year and twice I have had to re-certify my income, child support, etc. It takes a long time to have that paperwork filled out correctly! Both times when I have either directly taken them the paperwork or mailed it to them, I get a "Last notice" in the mail stating they have not received anything. When I called them to ask what happened to my paperwork, they are clueless and say they have no idea. The last year, they have been very rude and unprofessional. The assigned person who is supposed to help me with my paperwork never called me back after I left two voicemails in one week. It is almost worth just not even having housing! I have had housing elsewhere in other cities and this is by far the most unprofessional place. Don't waste your time.

If these guy's have been getting tax dollars for their efforts, their policies should be reviewed, followed by some terminations/re-organisations. And homelessness and AFFORDABLE housing should be available to ALL!!!!!!! Not some back and fourth, hoop jumping. The people that run it have never experienced housing needs as a citizen of this city. If they did, things/operations/procedures would be changed/modified/streamlined. Ridiculous
